About Aqari Design

Listing post software for real estate agents who market their own listings.

What it is

Aqari Design is a browser-based editor that turns the details of a property listing into a finished, branded social media graphic. You type the listing information into real fields, add a photo, choose a template, and download a full-resolution image ready to post to Instagram or Facebook. There is nothing to install and no design experience required.

It was built for a specific job rather than as a general design tool. Every field in the editor maps to something a listing actually has: status, property type, headline, location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, agent name, phone, brokerage and license number. Because the tool knows what each value means, it can format prices as $875,000, size the headline so it never overflows, and keep the feature row readable whether you list three details or six.

Who it is for

How the editor works

1. Enter the listing

Fill in the fields on the right: status such as For Sale, Just Listed, Open House or Sold; property type; a headline; the location; the price; and the bed, bath and square footage counts. You can add extra lines and extra features for things like a pool, a corner lot or a recent renovation.

2. Add the photo and your brand

Drop in a property photo, then use the zoom slider and drag inside the preview to frame it. Upload your logo once and pick a brand color, and every post you make from then on carries the same identity. The Gallery template accepts up to three additional photos for a multi-image layout.

3. Choose a template and size

Six templates are available: Modern, Luxury, Clean, Card, Gallery and Sidebar. Each renders in three sizes — feed square at 1080×1080, portrait at 1080×1350 and story at 1080×1920. The layout adapts to the size rather than cropping a square design to fit.

4. Download and post

Export as PNG or JPG at full resolution. The preview you see is exactly what downloads, because the design is rendered on a canvas in your own browser rather than assembled on a server.

Brokerage and license disclosure

Real estate advertising in the United States is regulated. Most states require the brokerage name to appear on advertising, many require a license number, and many brokerages require the Equal Housing Opportunity mark. General design tools leave this to you to remember and lay out by hand.

Aqari Design gives these their own fields. When you fill in a brokerage name or license number, or tick the Equal Housing Opportunity option, a compliance strip is drawn along the bottom edge of the design — and the artwork above it is resized so the strip never covers your phone number or agent name. It appears on all six templates and in all three sizes.

Important: Aqari Design is a design tool, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice and does not verify that a given post satisfies the Fair Housing Act, your state license law or your brokerage's advertising policy. Confirm the rules that apply to you before publishing.

Pricing

Designing and previewing are free and require no account at all — you can build a complete post and see exactly how it looks before deciding anything. A subscription of $19.99 per month unlocks downloading and cloud saving and includes 30 designs per month, which is roughly a post a day. The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the month already paid for.

For comparison, a single graphic from a freelance designer typically runs $40 to $75 and takes a day or more to come back with revisions.

Your data

Designs are rendered entirely in your browser. If you save a design to your account, the text fields are stored so you can reopen and edit them later — change the status to Sold and re-post in seconds. Photos are never uploaded to a server, so you re-add the image when you reopen a saved design.

Availability

Aqari Design runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone. It started as an Arabic-language tool for real estate agents in Saudi Arabia and is still available in Arabic; this English edition is built for the United States market, with US price formatting, US listing terminology and the brokerage and license fields described above.
